Is postmypills.co.uk fully licensed and legal?

www.postmypills.co.uk is owned by Meds Pharma LTD t/a City Pharmacy. Registered in England. Company number: 10960934. Registered office: City Pharmacy, 50 Lincoln Road, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. PE1 2RY. We are a UK registered pharmacy as required by law. Our regulatory body is the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and our registration number 1029316.

Are the medications supplied genuine?

All medications we provide are genuine and are sourced from MHRA approved UK wholesalers and distributors.

How do you determine if a medication is suitable for the patient?

We have thorough consultation questionnaires consisting of relevant questions associated with your medical history and symptoms for each medication. These are questions you would be asked if you were attending a GP Practice or private clinic for a consultation.

Do you dispense NHS prescriptions?
We dispense NHS prescriptions at City Pharmacy but currently cannot supply NHS prescriptions for order through www.postmypills.co.uk.
Is your service confidential?
Our service is strictly confidential. Your information is not seen by anyone except the prescriber, the pharmacist on duty and the dispensing team. We do not share your information with anyone, unless you specifically request for your information to be shared with your GP at the time of ordering medication. We also post our medications discreetly and without any branding on our postage labels.
Will my GP be made aware of my prescription?
Your GP will only be made aware of your order if you specifically specify at the time of order that you wish for us to share your information. Otherwise, we will not share your information without your consent. We do advise that you do inform your GP so that your medication is recorded in your medical records.
What is the daily cut off time for orders?
Our cut off times Monday to Friday is 12pm for same day dispatch. We do not dispatch on weekends however your order can still be processed on Saturdays.
How will my order be delivered?

What will appear on my bank statement?

Payment for orders will be referred to as Post My Pills on your bank statement.

Who do I contact if I suffer any side effects from the ordered medication?

All medications can cause side effects. If you experience any side effects from the medication supplied then you can contact us for advice or refer directly to your GP. If the side effect are severe then please contact the urgent care services on 111 or the emergency services on 999 if they are life threatening.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

All orders will need to be signed for. If you are not at home to take receipt of the medication then Royal Mail will leave you a card with information about your parcel. If the parcel is not picked up within the allocated timeframe then redelivery costs may be incurred.
